Issuing the certificate
You can choose between a physical or electronic certificate, both with a unique design of our brand. The electronic certificate will be sent to your email, and the physical one will be sent in an elegant black matte envelope via Nova Post.

Certificate activation
To activate the electronic certificate, enter the promo code in the cart during checkout. You can also send us the code via Instagram and we will help you activate the certificate. The physical certificate works on the same principle.

Terms and conditions
The certificate is valid for 12 months. If the amount of your order is less than the face value of the certificate, we cannot refund the difference. If the amount is higher, you can pay the difference without any problems.
